Shipping:

  • Once the package is handed to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or carrier performance.

Delivery Issues:

  • If tracking information shows the package was delivered but not received, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
  • After resolving the claim, please send the claim results and number to our email so we can follow up.
  • If delivery fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, wrong name), additional fees may apply for reshipping.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the delivery address or contact information is incorrect, or if we are unable to reach the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided delivery address.
    We may decline delivery to alternative addresses. Your cooperation is appreciated to
    ensure a smooth delivery process.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • We are committed to delivering top-quality products from trusted farmers and suppliers. While rare, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • To process your request efficiently, please provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Full name used during purchase
    • Clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item
  • We only replace items that are genuinely damaged and strive to make your experience safe and satisfying.
  • If the damage is caused during shipping, please contact us with photos of the damage
    and your order number.

Returns:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incomplete items received.
  • We do not accept returns for undamaged products after delivery.
  • Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • We cannot accept returns if more than 48 hours have passed since purchase.
